Some UI updates (pre-alpha.0.9.1)

This update brings some UI updates and some fixes.
- Some updates to the party management screen.
- The top bar with selected player information and portraits has been converted to a sidebar.
- Added new attribute and skill bars.
- Updated the look of the inventory screen to be more similar to the skill screen.
- The combat action indicator should now properly appear red when manually clicking on a target enemy that is outside of range.
- Fixed issue where the game over screen would not trigger properly after having quit to the main menu and starting the game again.
- Fixed issue where some combat related UI element would be visible after having quit to the main menu while combat was active and starting the game again.
- The pause menu will no longer be enabled when returning to the game after having quit to the main menu.
- Hopefully fixed softlock issue that could occur in combat when dual wielding weapons. This could manifest when killing the last remaining enemy with the primary weapon or when the secondary weapon has a shorter range than the primary weapon and could not find a target.
